provided by a CR is totally different for someone transcribing a document from scratch with that document being created by the transcriptionist. The point is, the CR's notes are not going to be as extensive as the words captured on the page by VR. The point is the CR should be capturing most of the deposition in her notes, as that's the job of the CR to capture the record in the proceeding, not just a word here and there. If the CR does not provide notes to the court, then that CR could be ordered to show cause to the court.
