are not annotations. The time stamp and speaker are in place and the notes look much like MaxScribe, an entire document with the words captured, but unfortunately, most reporters do not capture much in their notes. An annotation is an explanation of something, the words being said in a deposition is not an annotation. They are the words captured by the CR.
