change the fact you are not capable of making blanket statements in a filed in which you have limited exposure. You cannot and should not speak as if you are the only one with knowledge about this profession, especially since you are not posting accurate information.
If it is confined only to your poor, low-level experience, that should be clarified.
Those of us with a lot of background, experience, education, and knowledge know that what you posted here sounds more like they cannot make it in a solid, high-octane, well-established, high-paying, professional organization; therefore, you settle.
