Again, how do you know that reports were not returned in "expected" condition? I just re-read the OP's post and nowhere does it state that they ever had reports returned that were not in "expected" condition. The only person who would have this information is CK herself. So, either you are some random troll who has nothing better to do on a Saturday afternoon than fabricate lies to stir up drama or you actually ARE CK. I believe the latter. Maybe YOU should read the post again, because nowhere does it mention ANYTHING you are saying.

Also, who in the world is Ms. Lake????
