I appreciate you posting this. I have done a lot of IME work as well and if I were to see an ad for IME MTs, there's a good chance that I would jump on it, so I'm glad to know to avoid this particular individual. I'm so sorry this happened to you. That sure is very unprofessional behavior and is a very crappy way to treat someone. You could potentially save a lot of MTs a great deal of hassle by posting this, so thanks again.
