I'm so sorry that you have been wronged and have not been paid for your work. That is despicable and nobody deserves that. It's even worse that you could have been making money at your other job while you were doing this woman's work. Also, please do not feel bad for "bashing" anyone. You are doing your fellow MTs a great service by posting this so that we all can know to avoid working for this person and avoid having the same thing happen to us. If you haven't already done so, please, please report this to the client. If she taking your name off your work and putting hers on it instead, they need to be made aware of this. Like you said, this client may not have given her permission to subcontract the work, so this may very well may be why she is doing this, as a cover up, because it's a HIPAA violation and a breach of her contract with them.
