new hires and low work - ts

Company I work for has been low on work which typically happens around holidays. But there are new hires who actually post on our boards that they are new and wondering why they don't have work in their pools. All of us are running low. Been through this with other companies too. Now we either choose to move on or sit and wait until others realize there isn't enough work and they move on.
