OP was offered top dollar and told to go back and listen to her report which she clearly did not do because she subsequently told Ms. Lake was too busy when she was asked about it. She would not have been asked about it if the report was returned in the expected condition.

Go ahead and sue, OP, I'm not Ms. Lake. My original post is at the bottom of the tread, read it and you will see where I am coming from.
