I dealt with this same problem more than once, and reading OP's post really made me angry. Ny original post on this subject is at the end of the thread, please read it and give it some thought. Think it over, and keep in mind of the contractor does not deliver the reports in a timely manner and meeting quality expectations, she will not be paid either, and likely will lose the account. In the end, it is incumbent that the subcontractors fully support the contractor or everybody loses.
