You are welcome - Nick

Glad to have helped. I think you will find the process to be much easier than you can imagine. Both the IRS and the Labor Board are eager to get companies who misclassify into compliance because, most generally, if they will play fast and loose with their employees, they will also play fast and loose with the rules and regs of the Federal Government and likely owe back taxes and other such items. It is in the best interest of both the IRS and the Labor Board to get to the bottom of what is happening, and the best part is that you have already paid for it--via your taxes paid, so you do not have to worry about retaining an attorney, etc. unless, of course, you contemplate a civil suit. I do not think that will be necessary, because if either the IRS or the Labor Board finds things amiss, they will intervene on your behalf. If more MTs would take action when they are abused and misused, a good deal of this behavior would be stopped. Keep us in the loop as to what is happening! Happy holidays!
