I know I worked for a company from Oklahoma that have on their web site that they require ICs to have a set schedule, that they can't have ICs just working when they please. I do understand some of that, and that they need to have a ballpark, but for ICs paying big taxes and no benefits, there needs to be flexibility. Anyway, their attitude was just arrogant really and they seemed to expect it all their way, constant QA checks and percentages, etc. I got weary of it all and finally left.
