I am hoping that someone will print her ad out and take it to the IRS and Labor Board. I am sure that they can explain it to her in language (fines, sanctions, back payment of various things due, etc.) in a way she can understand. If she pretends not to understand, they can put on a lien on her "business" until what she owes is paid. And in this day and age of Obamacare, she could be in a kettle of hot water, and I hope she is. As to her response, I found it kind of reminded me of those "Valley Girl" movies. It was hardly the response of a professional person in business. There is a wonderful saying:
I CAN EXPLAIN IT TO YOU, BUT I CAN'T UNDERSTAND IT FOR YOU.
Betcha the IRS/Labor Board can help her understand it--right in the checkbook!
