I am all for reporting MTSOs who misuse and abuse MTs. I am so tired of seeing the "all MTSOs are so and so" posts. Some of us are not/were not. I always supported MTs, never cheated another MT, and am always happy when those who do it get caught and punished. If more MTs would stand up for themselves, we could at least partially clean up the mess we are in. So, good for you!
