We need to weed unscrupulous MTSOs out. While it is more difficult when you have megacorporations who have bastions of lawyers, it is much easier with small individuals. If this person has done nothing wrong, she has nothing to fear from an IRS/Labor Board inquiry. However, if she has caused even one MT to have to pay even one dollar of employment taxes s/he did not owe, that needs to be addressed. It will be interesting to see how long this business has been in business.
