2-hour TAT. As an IC, you can tell her if you're available or not to take the stat and/or she can send out an email and ask who is available instead of adhering to this so-called schedule. There are ways to get the need met for the client without having you sit at your computer M-F 8 to 5. The only way I would do that is if I clocked in at some office as an employee, key word is "employee".
