I promise you this is NOT something you want to get into. - There is so much to say about it SM

Please dont waste money on this career. It's gone down the drain very badly and isn't likely to get any better. People with 25, 30, 40, 50 years experience have a difficult time getting a job and it is usually barely even minimum wage if you're lucky, and if there's work available that hasn't been sent to India already.

And if you can find a company to hire you with no experience. There are so very few in-house hospital or clinic jobs available so that's not your best option. You're likely to get with a service who pays bottom of the barrel wages, if there's work available, and if there is you have to wait for it and likely someone else will get that before you do.

You're usually an independent contractor who pays all your own taxes and expenses. Employee positions are very rare nowdays.

To put it in a nutshell, read this board and it will tell you NOT to waste your time and money, you are likely to not make much money at all. Many people report making barely 200, 300 for a 2-week pay period.

Other people will have more to add, but this is the bare bones of it. Please don't.
