Almost 1800 sq feet is NOT small. That's about 400 sq feet bigger than my own house is, and I don't even consider my house to be very small. It's not huge by any means, but definitely not tiny either. All of the houses in our neighborhood max out at about 1500 sq feet. So, no, that condo is FAR from small. Just from reading the description, it's clear that she sunk a ridiculous amount of cash into that place. She isn't fooling anyone.
