showing expenses, etc., one of which would be employee salaries. The BK filing would provide a protection for those seeking judgments against them (i.e. taxes, lawsuits, etc.). The paperwork filed is basically "under oath" and if she is not paying her payroll on time, the BK court needs to know that and could jeopardize the BK reorganization plan. There is no "albeit late" available here. BK rules are extremely clear and in place for a reason. If she is not making payroll ON TIME, EVERYTIME, the BK court needs to be notified.
