Company Board

Except that it's not Keystrokes. sm - OKMT

I also checked with a friend who is a lawyer about all of this. He said that it is common for someone to have multiple corporations and LLC's and that as a law firm, they have 4. Many businesses put real estate under an LLC. Some will have an LLC for each piece of property that they own. Yes, they are under the Chapter 11 U.S. Trustee, and the courts see their budgets, agreements, etc. However, this is not Keystrokes, so none of that matters. Keystrokes is a creditor, which means that JLT either owes Keystrokes money or that JLT did at some point within the past 3 years. It doesn't mean much more than that. It is a reorganization, and if it involved Keystrokes as a company, every Keystrokes employee and past employee for the past 3 years would have received a notice of filing back in December when JLT filed this. With it being filed in December, it can take anywhere from 6 to 24 months. It's not the same as a personal bankruptcy in any way.

This is just another way for people on this board to keep the drama going.
