What does that tell you about her honesty, her remorse, her admitting her mistakes, not being too proud to admit what you dont know.

That she wants to hide and cover up her mistakes.

However, I do see one point of her own advice she follows: dont wait to make changes and make them quickly - she DID delete someone's comment quickly about paying employees on time!! LOL
