I have an email that says only technical downtime pay was for those on affected platforms, but the incentive pay was for all. I also have one from the 19th that says they accidentally left off incentive pay and were trying to fix it. As we all know, the next update was that we didn't qualify for incentive if our platform was still up during this. I work on 6 platforms, 3 of which were down, and I didn't get any incentive or bonus and was shorted on my hourly.
