Is it ok to post about openings where I work? - shejustkeepsgoing

I've read posting guidelines but am not quite clear if it's ok to post about openings where I work if I'm only a transcriptionist, not HR or a hiring person? If not on this board, anywhere else on this site or is it just not allowed? Thanks all!
