The only qualifier given for an incentive bonus is an inaccessible platform. The question isn't which platform, it's can you access your platform?

They clarified what they meant by inaccessible platform in the July 27 letter. But that doesn't change the original requirement.

I don't have any comment on the rest of your post, except to say you make it sound pretty bad if it's true. I'm only commenting on what I saw on the Yahoo forums.
