When did they ever state that the qualifier - was an inaccessible platform?

The original emails and updates stated no such thing.

The original requirement was: Please type as much as you can. NOT only if you can't access your platform (which is absurd), NOT anyone who can access their platform gets nothing.

It needed to be said, it wasn't said. Please identify your interest in this matter.
