Well part of why this is not clear is the fact that my "main" platform was not affected; however, when that had no work available, I had no "working" platform to work on as a secondary account which was normally available to me, yet still received no compensation for this. Also, I received an email from HR directly stating that "all" platforms were eligible for the bonus offered, yet received nothing even though meeting all of their requirements. Not to mention, I, on my "working" platform, also received an email from HR and my manager stating that I would be paid time and a half, as well as outlining the other incentives to be paid.
