All of my accounts were on the Dictaphone Enterprise Express platform, which was not functional after the malware attack. I DID train on the EMDAT platform and worked whenever there was work available, but received NO incentive pay. I have sent multiple emails to HR starting as soon as I saw the pay stub that did not have the incentive, over 3 weeks ago. This past Monday I finally got a response that they are "investigating." I have not been paid the incentive for work I did from July 1st through 7th - almost a month ago. This does not seem right.
