No one should get the majority of easier jobs. An MT should be able to type OP notes. There's just no excuse not to nowadays unless you work for one doctor's office. I didn't start out doing harder jobs, but the only way you can become proficient at something is to do it. I understand the gripes about cherry picking, but as far as work types, all MTs should be doing many different ones.
