Does no good - Hardworker

When I noticed that I was not getting certain docs anymore, like normal cataracts, etc., the ones you get once in a while if you are working at the right time that can give you a well-deserved break and help your line count once in a while, I checked too. It was this same person. I asked another sup if they are allowed to assign themselves jobs and was told no. So, I figure simce she can see what work is there that she just waits for the right time and gets on for OT or works extra. I tried to say something to management about it, but they just lie and say it's not happening. We are not stupid. Ya'll know that you can look up anyone's name and see the jobs they type. It's not a coincidence that this keeps happening. It stealing and cheating, but it won't stop. They don't care. This person needs to be fired and/or written up, but I know how they like to punish all sups for the wrong doing of another. I have spoken to a few who are no longer employed and this is one of the reasons they are not there anymore. Said they are not fair to anyone. Said it really doesn't matter if you do a fantastic job or a lousy one! It's just pathetic.
