I take the harder dictations along with whatever comes my way and I dont complain about what other people do. The work is not that complicated. I have come across a few harder dictators but nothing compared to the garbage I have experienced elsewhere. you have the option to finding another job if you are not making money or if you dont like where you work. Simple as that. stop complaining- there are people out there with real problems.
