Actually it depends on Turn around time- ERs go out of TAT faster - so they are done first

You need to make sure you have your facts straight before doing that. That was what I was told,
I know I get ERs first before anything else. It is how your pool is set up -

I think there is a little bit of cherry picking, but I believe a lot of it is in your head- ERs are the first to go out of turn around.
