because she gets away with it. :/ Unlike "no name," I don't believe supervisors are entitled to better work just because they have authority. We are all entitled to a fair chance to make a decent living. And contrary to her opinion, I haven't spent a lot of time looking at what other people are doing -- when I get a dictator I've never had I pull up report search. And I look at who did the transcription before I rely on the content of the report. It doesn't take a lot of digging to see that 1 or 2 people are doing 95% of this dictator's normals. Don't even know how I managed to get one, but it's usually just ONE. Most of my day is actually spent jumping from one account to another, from platform to platform. The time on the message board reviewing protocols is what eats up my productivity -- not worrying about what other people are doing. Nonetheless, I think it sucks that anyone helps herself to easier, more lucrative work or that ass kissers are getting it assigned to them. I don't for a minute believe it's a coincidence how good work is falling into some MTs laps and ESL and long stumbling reports fall elsewhere. Those of you making good money here, well bully for you. Maybe you should spend a week in your co-workers' reality.
