who were making less than $15 an hour (because this was several years ago). Who was paying your $80,000 a year? It wasn't coming out of the pocket of your MTSO. The MTSO was passing this onto the hospital. That's why the girls making $15 an hour in the hospital still have their hospital jobs, which you call "lucky". It's economics. You were making big money and that money was coming from someone. It wasn't economically feasible to outsource our transcription and thus they are still working. You don't have to believe it if you don't want to but that doesn't mean it isn't true.
