may possibly be a good idea to keep in touch. No one ever knows how things will play out. At least if you do not burn that bridge, it may work out to your advantage in the future. It is also possible they were inundated with emails because of the loss of the account and, it may take a while to go through all of them. Keep your chin up! Maybe the service is waiting for the dust to settle or trying to convince the hospital to continue to retain their service. I am a firm believer things happen for a reason - sometimes it is a little difficult to know exactly why things happen as they do.
