This dumb antivirus seems to update or scan at least once an hour making my computer stall out and Docuscribe becomes unresponsive. This was the reason I disabled McAffee!! Tech support promised me Kapersky would be better- that was my first mistake, listening to the tech people. Is there any way to stop this thing from running a scan all the freaking time? Honestly, I am ready to disable this one too. It is a MQ computer and right now I really could not care if I get hit with a virus or not. Is it too much too ask to be given the right tools to do my job? We get paid on production hence I can't get paid when my computer freezes up many times a day. Do not even get me started with Benchmark or looking up old reports! Thanks for letting me vent.
