All that you mentioned and people probably dont want to deal with it, along with the fact of people probably fail their way of doing things and so they have to hire yet again.
They demand you buy this, and adhere to a schedule, and have that - they are no different than the American companies demanding top of the line service for bare minimum wages.
I guess they are the lesser of two evils; either them or VDI crap here.
