to transcriber from PIT - glad to be gone

I worked at home for 30 years and I really truly thought I was unmarketable and then add my age of 62 and I thought I was not going to be able to find a job. I got terminated from one of the MTSOs back at the end of October. Long story short, I did get unemployment and I took advantage of my local workforce office for the state unemployment to brush up on interview skills, creating a resume that gets noticed, etc. In the end, I had several job interviews and got offered a job out of 444 applicants. I turned that one down but got another offer for a great job with fantastic benefits and a chance at monthly bonuses which I did accept and started last week. Go on YouTube and watch stuff on interviews and questions asked, etc. You'll be surprised. You might do very well on your interview! I also took some computer classes to get familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel. Like you said, stay positive!
