I used to feel foggy, too - Anon

Had fasting blood work (CMP) done to check glucose, thyroid TSH, cholesterol - the works.

The only thing that looked off was my TSH, a bit high. My doc didn't think it really warranted treatment, but I insisted since I was just feeling so bad with really vague symptoms, ranging from tiredness, mind foggy, difficulty focusing, waking up in the morning shivering for no reason, some anxiety, etc. After about a week and a half to two weeks, I felt like my old self again with just a small amount of thyroid replacement medicine.

I agree with the poster who said you're worth getting yourself checked out again - at least for some fasting blood work. A CMP can show a lot. Take care!
