I have to say that working from home has made me less marketable. My situation is not good, since I have nine years to go until my ship comes in. My department closed over the summer due to- you guessed it- speech recognition technology (Thank you Nuance). I really don't think I am going to ace the interview I have on Monday (Thanks Nuance ) because I have been working from home x 15 years. But you never know. Just hang in there and stay as positive as you can
