Yes, the Australians are similar and seem more courteous than the American physicians for sure. We type what they call letters which are clinic notes. It can take a few months to really get it down, but it’s so worth it!

I hope it works out for you! If you stick with it and get past the learning curve then you’ll love it! :)

On a side note, have you ever tried GABA for anxiety? Some of the natural supplements work great! Adrenal fatigue can also cause some of the symptoms you have. I’ve been through it with some of these same issues. Hang in there!
