The poster said nothing about "working my own hours" or that she did not work a set schedule. She said "time is monitored and if you are idle in excess of ___ you will be fired without so much as a courtesy notice". This is VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION to give to anyone considering working for TTS. This is not about working a flexible schedule, it is about hands-off-keyboard duties, which are required by TTS.
