Um, if there was a way to put a report on hold, don't you think I would do that?? Taking a break is not "taking advantage of the situation" when every minute you take off, you make up, or it is taken off your allotted break time. Just because you are not bothered by Yahoo Messages, does not mean that others, who are conscientious enough to find the first name of that doctor the ESL mispronounced, do not have to deal with these ridiculous monitoring methods. Having Yahoo Messenger was absolutely required to work there earlier this year.
