and they were interested in hiring me. However, once I saw their kindergarten approach to behavior observation, I said not only no, but heck no. I have been an MT for 15+ years now, have over 99% QA scores on difficult ESLs and more or less just took their test to see what would happen. What happened is that I am more grateful for the company I work for and realize that there are others out there I would not work for on a bet. Nuff said.
