We chose this job to work from home with a little flexibility, then greedy corporations took over who know nothing about MT. We are not hourly. We use our own equipment, our own internet, our own electricity, etc., most of the time. We are pure profit for companies. We do not cost them a dime by taking a break because we are NOT PAID HOURLY. Now that they've cut our pay so drastically and beat us down, they want to run the business like a sweatshop.
