If you want to research, then MT business is - not where you should be

I would suggest returning to school if you want to take your time learning and researching. The name of MT is production and as much as you can churn out is what is wanted. I don't think have ever read another post that sounds like this. Why not do this on your own time, i.e. hear something, look it up and write it down and then on YOUR time go back and research to your heart's content.
