Fact: Did NOT agree to certain hours between XX and XX. Only to hours of time in the day.
Fact: 99% of the time those total hours were met.
Fact: TTS is a horribly managed company who is escaping paying taxes and benefits by renaming employees "Independent Contractors".
Fact: You must be part of management.
