writing or verbal or whatever actually turns out to be true. Worked for them last year and everything I was told by the recruiter was a lie. Nothing was the way they said it would be.

Before you accept, ask direct questions and make sure they give you a specific answer and not some generality. They will vaguely promise you whatever they think you want to hear and then change it once you are actually working, saying they didn't mean THAT or they didn't really say THAT...

I feel like they pull bait and switch on the MTs, or at least they did me. Good luck to you; I would keep looking if I were you. There are much better companies than this one.

HINT: Most of the companies that advertise over and over again on these boards are not doing it because they have new accounts (which is what they would love for you to believe); they do it because after about 6 weeks the MTs realize what they have gotten themselves into and move on. There indeed are reasons why they advertise so often, but they will never truthfully say why. I have yet to talk with a recruiter from any company that was even close to truthful about the actual company and/or the actual work.
