It really makes no sense. If the supervisor has time to sit and monitor each of us while working, why not have her only do the necessities and work part time. This supervisory/QA position is filled with so many unnecessary duties, perhaps she has to try to justify her hours. As long as we meet production, why should they care which minute we work and which one we use in the bathroom??
