About the lady who had to take her dogs out. When you have worked at home for nearly 30 years, there are things you do like taking the dogs out to relieve them selves (not a dog walk as you stated), answering the phone, getting a cup of coffee, going to the bathroom, etc. Once we lost our clients who outsourced to MTSOs with implementation of EMR, do you thin we should re-home our dogs or take them to doggie daycare? I have every legal right as an IC to take my dogs out when needed. This time does not match the time I spend working over my shift to finish a report. Your making this a felony doesn't quite fit the situation, but it certainly does reflect the attitude of management at TTS.
