The oncology account DID require you use Yahoo Messenger. Are you suggesting that I just made that up? It certainly sound like it. You don't seem to understand that just because something does not apply to you, that it it doesn't exist. Are you aware that different accounts are supervised by different people with different requirements? Didn't think so. I have/had far more experience in this specialty than the supervisor who had none, so no, I was not put on Yahoo Messenger to be constantly supervised.
