to announce it by now. Rather, it's end of year, they are frantically trying to hire new MLS who don't know any better and will be locked into the crappy exciting compensation plan while there is the expected stampede for the door. Can't get any lower than that. I wonder how much they paid a committee or team to think up this plan.

stressed wondering if I'll even be able to feed my babies. Being a single parent is hard enough without yanking my chain when it comes to my paycheck. I don't find anything exciting about that.

My kids are still young so they hopefully won't notice much, but I'm mad I even have to worry about all this at this time of year.

so I can have a come down/chill out period from 4 years of constant stress before I am able to move on. Right now I feel like I couldn'1047t make it through an interview without tears flowing so I need a serious break to recoup. And I lost so much weight I cannot afford decent clothes to go on an interview anyway. Will have to find a pair of black pants and a nice top at Goodwill, that should suffice. And forget Christmas, haven't been able to buy gifts for 3 years now.

Nuance really sucks the life blood out of you if you stay too long, which I have.

My disability claim is now pending for these very reasons. - Such a shame.

Can't work for a sick company when you have any kind of illness, that's for sure. Between the lack of food, worrying constantly, and doing without medications, any illness you might have had becomes a full on disability. Do not let it happen to you!

This is the same type of announcement and plan implementation I have witnessed - each year.

Actually, I think they won't have as much invested only having had the job a short while....so if that is Nuance's plan....I hope it smacks them in the face.

Since 2012, when Nuance "officially" took over the company I was with, they following has been very consistent. 1) Cut pay, then offer some type of carrot (incentive, bonus) to help us "make up" the loss in line rate. This morning I checked my work email, as I have been off the last few days.  I found a new email titled "Update to 2015 Patient Safety Compensation Plan for the Bayscribe Platform."   They have decided now that after you figure your C-LPM, anyone straight typing in Bayscribe will need to apply a platform factor of 0.88, in other words, subtract 12% of your lines.  Their example was if you type 1000 lines, multiple x 0.88 and you will only get credit for 880 lin ...

Since when do we have to initial for EVERY report that went to QC for review? How hard would it be to let us know, hey, next time you open Fiesa, you are going to get such notice and you must review all of the reports--even if they scored over 99%.....Nope, figure it out on your own. Why is the most important factor in this (compensation rates) such a big secret? Why the silence. Why are TSMs not allowed to discuss or explain? How can you view this as exciting? It may be exciting for those at the top as they anticipate plan for increased bonuses and more exotic vacations. I worked for LabCorp for 7 years - started at $14/hr - left 7 yrs later at $19.86/hour -- company has own credit card for employees -  called a Clear Card - available to ALL employees - Regular working hours. EASY transcription!!!  Could do it in my sleep!  Benefits.  Had a lot of overtime if you wanted it - ($28 an hour when I left - at time and a half).  I would recommend LabCorp to EVERYONE!  They also have data entry if interested.  lower pay, though.& ...
